Simple answer is, NO. We will NOT be billing your insurance directly for visits, labs, testing, or procedures done in office.

Possibly, we currently are partnered with and will continue to partner with VaxCare’s services. All immunizations administered in the clinic are billed through VaxCare’s services and they will be billing your insurance for those on our behalf. With the exception of Health First (Colorado Medicaid) patients, VaxCare is unable to bill through Colorado Medicaid. 

YES, we have cash pay rates for immunizations if you’d like to pay for those out of pocket (If not covered through VaxCare).

YES, you can use services, such as Reimbersify, to have your insurance reimburse you for services provided in the clinic. Please ask front desk staff at time of checkout for an itemized receipt, if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.

Typically, you can use your HSA/FSA cards for any and all services provided through the clinic, that includes our membership, spa services, and weight loss services as well.

NO WORRIES! Sometimes it doesn’t work for your family, and that is okay too! If you want to come by once a year for a wellness visit we will still see you, just note that the appointment will be at an out-of-pocket cost of $500, but you can always submit our services for reimbursement from your insurance. 

YES, our Platinum Care covers the cost of everything in office, that includes all office visits, unlimited sick visits, Flu/RSV/Strep tests done in office, and 1 set of yearly/annual labs.

The Platinum membership gets you Dr. Harding’s direct cell phone number, which grants you access to Dr. Harding 24/7! Nights, weekends, holidays Dr. Harding is there to save you that ER trip or Urgent Care visit. You also get free in-office PCR testing, discounted prescriptions in office, 1 free FluMist or FluShot, weekend/night visits, labs, and access to Free Member’s only events hosted by Zzap Health & Med Spa.
